Job summary

Cloudera is hiring a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and transformation initiatives across the Applied AI organization. You will partner with field engineers, product, and senior leadership to accelerate Private AI growth and ensure scalable execution across regions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, executive storytelling, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving and structuring skills to tackle complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with executives and leaders.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data management platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools; experience with Salesforce/Clari is a plus.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments and build structures from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel across Discovery to Production stages.
• Prioritize accounts and develop use‑case frameworks based on real customer signals.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics tied to Private AI adoption.
• Analyze partnerships and GTM strategy with ecosystem collaborators.
• Lead cross‑functional efforts to codify scalable processes and governance.
• Support investment decisions with segment analyses and growth modeling.
