Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global, high-impact initiatives in Private AI growth. You will govern operating rhythms, guide the AI adoption funnel, and collaborate with leaders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive strategic outcomes.

The role demands strong data analysis, executive storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Experience enabling technical sales, pre-/post-sales, or Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Domain expertise in enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, and hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel across stages (Discovery to Production).
• Prioritize target accounts using data-driven frameworks across Top 100 lists.
• Define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue share models for ARR growth.
• Design scalable processes for resource allocation and productization.
• Translate complex signals into actionable executive narratives for leadership.
