Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives within the Chief Business Officer and GM, Applied AI. You will accelerate Cloudera's Private AI growth, guiding governance, analytics, and strategic execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

This high-autonomy role requires building robust operating rhythms, prioritizing workloads with field teams, and delivering executive-level insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams (FDE, Solution Architecture, Applied AI Specialist).
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, machine learning/AI, and hybrid cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Establish, evolve, and manage the programmatic operating rhythm for global Applied AI org across regions.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to filter and prioritize target accounts across Top 100 lists.
• Define, refine, and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze go-to-market alignment with AI ecosystem partners and revenue share models.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and solution productization.
