Job summary

Cloudera in the United States is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global governance, operating rhythms, and governance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will translate complex data signals into actionable executive insights and support private AI growth.

This role blends strategic analysis with cross-functional leadership, collaborating with Revenue Operations, GTM Sales Strategy, and field engineers to optimize adoption funnels, measure KPIs, and accelerate value

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to tackle complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with C-suite and executives and turn data into a compelling storyline.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystem capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with regional leadership to optimize customer progression.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead scalable processes for tracking allocations and solution productization.
• Build segment analyses and business cases to support investment decisions and headcount planning.
