Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Mid-Senior level Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will drive governance rhythms, manage the AI adoption funnel, and align cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with a focus on measurable ARR expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills; ability to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical; leverage CRM data and customer insights to validate AI adoption hypotheses.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and leaders using data-driven insight.
• Familiarity with data platforms, hybrid cloud, data lakehouses (Apache Iceberg).
• Financial modeling, GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL a plus.
• Autonomous work in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance rhythms for global Applied AI org across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through four core stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Structure analytical frameworks for top accounts and filter high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR expansion.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and delivery patterns.
• Build segment analyses, growth models, and business cases for investments.
