Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance for the Applied AI org and accelerate Private AI growth. You will drive the governance rhythm across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, manage the AI adoption funnel, and partner with regional leaders to optimize enterprise AI workloads.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable processes, metrics, and go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive work experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting specialized technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms: establish and manage the global Applied AI org's rhythm across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel: track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through four core stages.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks: structure analyses to prioritize target accounts across Top 100 lists.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics: collaborate to define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy: analyze partnerships and joint go-to-market models for ARR expansion.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Solution Productization: design scalable processes for tracking allocations and productization.
