Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global governance and high-impact initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with regional leaders to optimize the AI adoption funnel, design scalable processes, and translate complex data into executive-ready insights.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in sales strategy or operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with enterprise data platforms and GTM models.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to tackle ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and senior leaders with a clear executive storyline.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Quantitative modeling and experience with GTM systems and BI tools.
• Self-driven with autonomy in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Track AI adoption funnel and optimize customer progression through stages.
• Develop analytical frameworks; filter high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Support ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to grow ARR.
• Partner with executives to plan investments, headcount, and resources.
