Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and strategic initiatives for Private AI growth. You will align regional teams, executives, and partners to drive data-driven decision making and scalable processes across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The role emphasizes governance, portfolio analysis, and executive storytelling, with exposure to enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and AI ecosystem partnerships.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical with the ability to structure complex strategic challenges and identify root causes within enterprise GTM organizations.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights to validate strategic hypotheses regarding enterprise AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the global Applied AI organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel from Discovery to Production, optimizing customer progression.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to filter high-ROI Private AI workloads across top accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy with partners like NVIDIA and VAST to maximize ARR.
