Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to deliver high-quality, value-based care to seniors. You will manage a panel of patients, lead a care team, and collaborate with hospitalists and specialists to coordinate treatment and outcomes.

The role requires MD/DO in internal medicine, family medicine, or geriatrics, English fluency, and BLS within 90 days. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or related specialty required.
• Fluency in English required; ability to travel as needed within market.
• Board certification preferred; DEA for controlled substances; Basic Life Support required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for older adults with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Lead a care team including APPs and health coordinators to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and specialists; participate in risk and quality programs and meetings.
