Job summary

ChenMed in Georgia seeks an experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care for a senior patient panel. You’ll lead the center’s care team, coordinate with hospitalists and specialists, and drive quality outcomes in a value-based model.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a commitment to ChenMed’s mission of affordable VIP care for seniors. Some local travel within the market may be required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar
• Board certification preferred; board eligibility required
• DEA number for controlled substances
• BLS certification within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide care for older adult patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Lead care team including medical assistant, care facilitator and care coordinator
• Coordinate with hospitalists and specialists as needed
• Engage in center management, recruiting and physician leadership
• Ensure documentation, education, and care coordination for patients
