Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or equivalent; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years experience managing construction projects in industrial or commercial facilities.
• Experience with 3D modelling software and field construction experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with travel willingness up to 50%.
• Ability to travel to support project needs across North America; hybrid work environment acceptable.
• Experience optimizing construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Familiarity with coordinating design, procurement and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction planning tasks: bid packages, scheduling, estimating, and VDC modeling.
• Contribute to design constructability studies and sequencing plans.
• Drive collaboration among stakeholders and manage client interface.
• Lead planning efforts with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Conduct constructability reviews across design phases for resource alignment.
• Support modularization studies and off-site manufacturing reviews.
• Develop and optimize estimates, schedules, and procurement strategies.
• Create 4-D visualizations and site logistics plans.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and project services groups for preconstruction.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans; resolve issues with stakeholders.
