Responsibilities include bid package development, scheduling, estimating, 3D modeling, and cross-team coordination. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with a hybrid work setup and extensive travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years experience managing construction projects in industrial/commercial facilities.
• Experience with 3D modelling software (e.g., BIM tools).
• Field construction experience on active projects.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Experience optimizing construction scheduling and sequencing.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for project needs (North America).
• Hybrid work environment across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support the preconstruction team on bid package development, scheduling, estimating, VDC modeling, and reporting.
• Contribute to design constructability and sequencing plans.
• Lead collaboration between stakeholders and manage client interface.
• Guide planning efforts with design, procurement, and construction teams.
