Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a proactive Preconstruction Project Manager to bridge design and construction on data center projects across the United States. The role requires coordinating with design, procurement and construction teams to meet timelines, budgets, safety and quality while driving constructability and sequencing plans.

Up to 50% travel and a hybrid work model are expected across North America. You’ll develop risk registers, lead planning sessions, and ensure client expectations are met while

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing construction projects in industrial or commercial facilities.
• Experience with 3D modeling and construction sequencing.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction tasks including bid packages, scheduling and reporting.
• Collaborate on design-constructability and sequencing plans.
• Lead planning with design, procurement and construction teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Develop risk registers and mitigation plans.
