RTX’s Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team seeks a Principal Test Engineer to verify power and analog-oriented electronics and contribute to cutting-edge technology that supports national security. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 5+ years.
• Experience in electronics testing, including integration and verification of power and/or analog-oriented products.
• Experience with circuit card assembly processes and related industry specs.
• Experience with hardware testing methodologies and root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and verification of power, analog, and digital oriented electronics products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development, integration, and sustainment of power systems, servo electronics, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Design and implement test plans and procedures to ensure product functionality and reliability.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test anomalies.
• Support the transition of products from development to production, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Partner with program teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
