Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, doing business as RTX, seeks a Principal Test Engineer to join the Effector Analog & Power Team in Tucson, AZ. Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in electronics testing, including integration and verification of power and/or analog-oriented products.
• Experience with circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.
• Experience with hardware testing methodologies and/or root-cause corrective action investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting testing and verification of power, analog, and digital oriented electronics products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development, integration, and sustainment of power systems, servo electronics, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Designing and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure product functionality and reliability.
• Leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test anomalies.
• Supporting the transition of products from development to production, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Partnering with program teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
