Responsibilities

• Own delivery for the platform scale and reliability pod across NBA platform.
• Own uptime, performance, resilience, and operational excellence across services.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, integration, end‑to‑end, and performance testing.
• Contribute production code and lead reliability tooling, observability, and platform infra improvements.
• Own logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and monitoring strategy across environments.
• Define patterns for exception handling, fault tolerance, and recovery in distributed services.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance, throughput, and cost efficiency as usage grows.
• Define release readiness criteria and operational quality gates for production ownership.
• Mentor engineers and contractors; conduct code reviews and uphold standards.
• Coordinate with decisioning, orchestration, activation, platform, and data teams.
