Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the firm's 1Badge Physical Security program, oversee badge lifecycle, biometric access, and secure-space governance across the real estate portfolio.

You will partner with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, Global Security and IT to ensure compliant, scalable access management, and you will drive governance, audits, and improvements for secure spaces and office renovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec) and governance.
• Strong knowledge of badge management, biometrics, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team and set service standards.
• Oversee governance and administration of access control systems and badge lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience, and Global Security.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance with security policies.
• Drive security modernization initiatives and support office construction projects.
