Job summary

EY seeks an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY offices, collaborating with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure secure, compliant access management. You will oversee C-Cure governance and biometric reader coordination while guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Admin, Facilities, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations, access control, or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the EY 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
