Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Compounding Facilities Lead Technician to oversee maintenance for Lab equipment in Pharmacy. You will lead a multi-shift team, perform predictive/preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting data in CMMS, calibrations, and coordinating with production to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards. 3+ years of pharma maintenance experience and formal trade certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC or HVAC trades.
• 3+ years of pharma industry experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision and document data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of compounding facility technicians in a multi-shift operation.
• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, hoods, etc.).
• Document maintenance data and calibration records in CMMS.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Train junior technicians on SOPs and repairs.
