Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Facilities Lead Technician to provide mid-level support to the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Dept.

You will lead a group of technicians, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab equipment, troubleshoot issues across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Experience troubleshooting pharma equipment.
• Ability to document maintenance charts and data.
• Effective written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Compounding Facility Technicians across shifts.
• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors, electrical controls).
• Document maintenance data on PM charts and records.
• Diagnose and repair equipment electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC issues.
• Identify trends, chart root causes, and apply predictive maintenance strategies.
• Escalate safety or downtime issues to management promptly.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train junior technicians on SOPs and repairs.
• Maintain CMMS entries for assets, parts, and work orders.
