Life Time is seeking a Lead-Personal Training to mentor the Personal Training team and drive its financial targets. You will role-model excellence, guide trainers in delivering Dynamic Personal Training, and help grow the department’s client base while maintaining a premier member experience.

Responsibilities include program design, staff coaching, recruitment collaboration with the General Manager, and ensuring exceptional service on the fitness floor every day.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching abilities.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safe, professional personal training programs.
• Motivates and coaches trainers to achieve revenue and session goals.
• Matches members with appropriate trainers and resolves escalations.
• Collaborates with the GM to recruit and onboard new team members.
• Ensures a high-quality, member-focused fitness floor experience daily.
