Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals and deliver the Life Time Training experience on the fitness floor. You will coach, onboard new staff, and drive personal and team production while promoting Life Time Training initiatives and events.

You will manage client experiences, ensure high-quality service, and collaborate with club leadership to sustain growth and member satisfaction through dynamic personal training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum requirements: HS diploma or GED, Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED, 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership and management experience with strong communication and coaching.
• Ability to drive results through others and manage a team.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
• Drive personal training book of business and client acquisition.
• Ensure quality of products, services, and floor experience for the team.
• Coordinate scheduling, administrative tasks, and program logistics.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
