Job summary

Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering the Dynamic Personal Training experience on the floor while upholding Life Time Training brand and philosophy.

You will coach, onboard new team members, drive client acquisition, manage scheduling, and contribute to achieving personal and division goals, all while modeling leadership and delivering your own personal production.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: HS Diploma or GED, CPR/AED, and CPT certification.
• Leadership/mgmt experience and strong communication, sales, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance standards.
• Ensure total client experience and results across offerings and programs.
• Operate as a player-coach, managing your own client book and contributing personal production.
