Job summary

Life Time seeks a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering a premier Dynamic Personal Training experience on the gym floor. You will coach, onboard new members, and drive personal and team performance while educating on products and services.

You will manage your own client book, mentor staff, and collaborate with club leadership to meet division goals, all within Life Time’s training philosophy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to brand and performance expectations.
• Manage client experience and results for all clients.
• Be a Player-Coach by delivering Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and floor experience.
• Determine strategies to meet productivity goals; drive department meetings.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Complete scheduling, admin, and coordination tasks for programs and classes.
