Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and bring the Life Time Training brand to life daily. The role focuses on delivering a premier Dynamic Personal Training experience and driving team development, client outcomes, and personal production.

You will coach team members, onboard new staff, manage client flow, and support leadership in sales and connectivity processes. A strong emphasis on coaching, leadership, and results is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills and ability to coach others.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Own the total experience and results of all clients on the floor.
• Act as player-coach by managing your own client book alongside the team.
• Ensure quality and consistency of services and fitness floor experience.
• Set productivity strategies and drive department-wide execution.
• Generate new clients and guide them to suitable trainers based on needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events; assist with scheduling and admin tasks.
