Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals, supervise revenue departments, and drive key initiatives within Life Time Training.

You will oversee hiring, mentoring 15–50 Personal Trainers, and manage budgets and P&L while ensuring adherence to the Core 3 Method. This role emphasizes developing safe, engaging training programs, coaching staff to hit revenue and session goals, and fostering an artistry-level member experience on the fitness floor

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR & AED within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Personal Trainers to achieve revenue and session goals.
• Develop safe, professional, engaging training programs.
• Promote and sell personal training programs to members.
• Manage payroll and keep expenses within budgetary guidelines.
• Monitor department supplies and expenditures.
• Conduct weekly department and management meetings.
