Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering a top-tier Dynamic Personal Training experience on the fitness floor. You will coach, onboard new members, drive sales, and lead by example with your own client book, while helping your team hit personal and division goals.

You will shape the quality of programs, coordinate events, and ensure seamless scheduling for metabolic, small group, and nutrition offerings, contributing to Life Time's brand

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• 2+ year of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated Leadership / Management Skills.
• Demonstrated strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in kinesiology or related field.
• Experience with virtual training delivery is a plus.
• Familiarity with Life Time systems (Exerp, Workday, Domo).
