The leader will drive governance, secure data practices, and partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to align investments with enterprise strategy while enabling equitable, AI-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience, especially Workday configuration, security, testing and support.
• Strong HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
