Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, and coordinate home or community-based services with a large team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children between 18 months and 12 years old.
• Conduct assessments specific to the needs of clients.
• Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap-around services to center-based clients as needed.
