Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years. You will supervise RBTs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and a large team of specialists to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree required
• Experience working with children of varying abilities
• Experience in verbal behavior programming
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying levels of understanding of ABA
• Experience in supervising others
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months–12 years
• Conduct assessments specific to client needs
• Develop ABA programming to the client’s needs
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide training to caregivers
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap around services to clients
• Provide Parent/Guardian Collaboration
