Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Florida. You will practice independently, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, oversee behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective ABA programming.

Work spans our centers and community settings, with collaboration across RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. The role emphasizes direct client work with children ages 18 months to 12 years, data-driven assessments, and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to assess and develop ABA programming.
• Experience communicating with caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct client assessments and develop ABA programming.
• Supervise RBTs and provide staff training.
• Coordinate with caregivers and support wrap-around services.
