BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for young clients and supervise a team of RBTs. You will assess needs, design targeted interventions, and monitor progress across center and community settings.

This role emphasizes collaboration with a large team of BCBA leadership, RBTs, and BCaBAs, delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst credentials required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ability to communicate with families and caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments and develop client-specific ABA plans.
• Supervise a team of RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Coordinate wrap-around services in-home or in the community as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBA leadership to monitor progress and outcomes.
