Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; continuing education in construction desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in paving or related trades with supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all aspects of asphalt paving operations on sites.
• Supervise hourly crewmembers; plan manpower and equipment needs.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors; ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Follow safety programs; identify conditions and exposures; investigate incidents.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, Superintendents, and customers to implement plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to crew members.
• Communicate performance expectations; monitor productivity, quality and safety.
• Maintain timely documentation: change orders, time & materials, POs, reports.
