Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a Paving Field Manager to oversee asphalt paving operations on construction sites in the mid‑Atlantic region. You will supervise hourly crewmembers, coordinate with project managers and field staff, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; continuing education in construction is desirable.
• OSHA 10 hour certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of paving operations on construction sites.
• Supervise and direct assigned crew members in preparing, executing, and finishing asphalt paving projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and that the Allan Myers Safety Program is implemented on site.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and communicate performance expectations to crews.
• Maintain accurate documentation for project activities including change orders, time and materials, and invoices.
