Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline.
• One or more years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour training required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage paving operations on construction sites.
• Supervise and direct crew members for asphalt paving projects.
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Follow safety protocols in line with the Allan Myers Safety Program.
• Train crewmembers for assigned tasks.
