Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in asphalt paving and construction operations.
• Ability to lead and direct hourly crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety programs and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Oversee asphalt paving operations on construction sites and manage crew performance.
• Supervise crewmembers and plan manpower and equipment needs.
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to meet safety, schedule and cost targets.
• Follow Allan Myers Safety Program including preplanning and PPE use, incident reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Managers, Superintendents and customers to execute project plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to crew members for assigned tasks.
• Communicate performance expectations and monitor progress for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Document project activities including change orders, time and materials, POs and daily reports.
