Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (continuing education in construction highly desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade with supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asphalt paving operations and crews on site.
• Plan manpower and equipment; supervise hourly crewmembers.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safety, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Follow Allan Myers Safety Program including preplanning, PPE, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, Superintendents, and customers to implement project plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers for assigned tasks.
• Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain documentation for change orders, time/materials, POs, and invoices.
