Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade with supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paving operations on construction sites and manage crews.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise hourly crewmembers; plan manpower and equipment.
• Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors for safety, schedule, and cost.
• Follow Allan Myers Safety Program and conduct preplanning for conditions and PPE.
• Collaborate with Field Managers and customers to implement project plans.
• Provide on-the-job training to crewmembers for assigned tasks.
• Document change orders, time and materials, purchase orders, daily reports.
