Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking an experienced Paving Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from the regional office site in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate with the Superintendent and project team to ensure safe, on-time, and budget-conscious delivery of paving and related works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related major or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years construction experience, with supervisory experience preferred; heavy civil experience preferred.
• FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification desirable.
• OSHA 30 hour required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and schedules for constructing the project with the Superintendent and Project Team to meet goals.
• Maximizes production, guarantees quality, minimizes costs, and promotes safety on projects.
• Ensures workmanship meets Allan Myers standards and contract specifications.
• Monitors and coordinates activities of project personnel to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manages project cost and profitability; maintains monthly P&L statements.
• Promotes teamwork, motivation, and retention through transparent communication.
