Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related major, or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates, models and reinforces company culture and leadership practices with team members.
• Develops work plans and schedules for paving operations to maximize crew productivity.
• Has basic knowledge of milling and paving operations.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (pipe, excavation, site cleanup, painting, maintenance).
• Interprets contract plans and specifications and ensures work meets requirements.
• Documents projects through diaries, photos, video, inspections, and reports.
