Job summary

Earlens Corporation is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator to oversee clinic operations and patient flow. You will work with licensed audiologists to manage schedules, assist in audiological testing, and support tele-audiology activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient service, infection control, and compliance with privacy regulations while coordinating with the Site Manager and team for daily huddles and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a medical clinic or busy business setting.
• Proficiency with EMR software such as Counsel Ear is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic each workday, ensuring equipment is ready for patient care.
• Manage patient schedules and assist walk-ins while troubleshooting issues.
• Enforce infection control protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients in person and by phone.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold the clinic COVID policy.
• Engage in outreach and education with physicians and the community.
