UNC Health is seeking a Team Leader for Patient Access supervision in Raleigh, NC. You will supervise co-workers, ensure timely ADT processing, and maintain high standards of service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cross-department collaboration, budgeting, and improving patient flow. Requires 3–5 years in patient access with supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Supervisor with co-worker orientation and evaluations.
• Supervise patient access processing in ADT and related systems.
• Oversee co-worker scheduling and staffing to meet demand.
• Model customer service and staff satisfaction; uphold accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to improve efficiency and patient flow.
• Monitor supplies, inventory, and budget; request purchases as needed.
• Respond to paging events and track call activity.
• Ensure upfront collections targets and use estimator tools for patient estimates.
