Responsibilities

• Support performance goals for the Patient Access Departments.
• Train registrars in all areas of patient access.
• Provide guidance and feedback via rounding, auditing and reports.
• Register and pre-register patients to support the team.
• Assist staffing and scheduling of Patient Access areas.
• Contribute to performance appraisals and attendance records.
