UNC Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Supervisory professional for the Patient Access team to ensure accurate, timely registration in ADT and other systems, while mentoring colleagues and guiding daily operations to meet service targets.

You will manage staff schedules, coordinate with departments, monitor collections performance, respond to pager calls, and uphold customer service standards in a fast-paced Rex ED Registration setting; requires 3–5 years in patient access and a HS diploma

Formación

• 3-5 years experience in patient access services with supervisory experience desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Supervisor with co-worker orientation and precepting needs.
• Serves as a resource and provides effective supervision to co-workers to ensure patient access processing is performed in accordance with procedure and documented in a timely and accurate manner in ADT and other clinical information systems.
