Job summary

This full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm role offers 40 hours per week and is onsite in US:NC:Chapel Hill. High school diploma and 2 years of customer service or clerical experience required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or clerical experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree not stated.
• Experience in healthcare or registration processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ADT and clinical systems have accurate patient registration data.
• Verify insurance, demographics, and guarantor information for patient safety and billing accuracy.
• Schedule all new and follow-up appointments; communicate cancellations to providers.
• Document and scan all required forms clearly and correctly.
• Use price estimation tools to provide accurate patient estimates during registration.
• Contribute to front-end collections targets including deposits and co-pays.
