Job summary

Pearson seeks an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead development, growth, and administration of large-scale assessment programs. You will work with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and expand assessment products and services, ensuring quality and satisfaction across programs.

The role supports hybrid remote/office work and reports to a Lead, Partnership Management. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in policy, assessment, or measurement in education or related field.
• 3 years of experience in educational testing and assessment preferred.
• Experience managing and supporting project & program contracts.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience directing staff activities and managing workloads independently.
• Experience in client relationship management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement assessment products and services for assigned programs.
• Lead collaboration with internal departments and clients to grow programs.
• Provide quality control for products, processes, and activities.
• Develop and oversee work plans to meet deliverables.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with programs.
