Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management in its Go-to-Market Division to design and oversee large-scale assessment programs for clients. The role coordinates with internal teams and external clients to grow and optimize programs according to client needs.

Reporting to a Lead, Partnership Management, this position operates in a hybrid remote/office format and requires travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement.
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs.
• Strong written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
• Travel as needed up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: manage components of large-scale assessment activities including development, administration, and scoring.
• Client Relationship Management: develop and maintain relationships with client staff and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with goals, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Program Management: provide status updates, review status with team, and help develop proposals and statements of work.
