Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist, Partnership Management to lead and manage large-scale assessment programs in collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams. The role focuses on designing, growing, and administering assessment products and services for assigned programs.

The position offers hybrid remote/office work and requires travel up to 25%. Responsibilities include guiding program development, managing client expectations, and ensuring delivery aligned with contracts

Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in policy, assessment, or measurement (education or related field)
• 3 years of experience in the educational testing and assessment industry preferred
• Experience managing and supporting project & program contracts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and facilitation skills
• Experience directing activities of staff in planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work
• Experience in client relationship management and project management
• Experience organizing workloads and handling complex situations independently
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership to drive projects to completion
• Strong analytic capability and knowledge of education policies, issues, and programs
• Travel up to 25% as needed

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports the Lead, Partnership Management in program design and delivery.
• Supports client relationships and ensures alignment with Pearson goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversees development of work plans and schedules for program deliverables.
• Provides quality control for products, processes, and activities.
• Keeps client informed and gathers feedback on development and administration.
• Represents client and corporate perspectives in decision-making for proposals and contracts.
