Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is hiring an Lead Palantir Application Engineer to drive technical design for Foundry-based solutions, lead architecture decisions, and promote robust engineering patterns across projects.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with product owners and architects, and ensure secure, scalable implementations while guiding production support and escalation processes. This role requires strong Foundry experience and leadership across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Experience reviewing designs and mentoring engineers preferred.
• Travel ≤10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Define implementation approaches, guide architecture decisions, and ensure secure, reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards for Foundry-based projects.
• Review complex designs and code, identify technical risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers to raise team capability and engineering practices.
• Identify dependencies and cross-team impacts; align delivery with project priorities.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Communicate technical options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to business users and senior leaders.
