Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior technical lead to drive Palantir Foundry projects, define architecture, and guide cross-team engineering practices. You will mentor engineers, help set standards, and ensure scalable, secure implementations across enterprise workflows.

The role requires deep Foundry experience, strong communication with business and technology teams, and a commitment to delivering durable platform solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required. 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Define implementation approaches, guide architecture decisions, and ensure secure, reliable solutions.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, and testing standards.
